Bad customer service

I went to FNB vaalmall to replace my mother's card as it was expired, i went to customer services and i was told that they cannot issue a card because her savings account was closed, i can just go to a teller and i will be assisted because i wanted to draw from one of her other accounts. L went to the teller and told him what had happened and that i wanted to draw from that account, he wanted to send me to see a consultant so i asked y is he sending me there, he said that i must go there because i wanna close the account, i told him that i never said that i want to close it, he said i must go anyway so that they can release the money, he called a lady i don't know if she's the manager, when she came he said to her "This person wants to draw from a closed account with an expired card" she went into his system... Didn't even greet me and then told him he can give the money using only the account number, none of them apologised to me for wasting my time for nothing.
