Following the issue with FNB debit orders over the weekend Wesbank needed to re-take a vehicle instalment since FNB had reversed all transactions. Wesbank called me on Monday morning and we agreed the debit would run on Wednesday night. They then ran a manual payment immediately and took the money the same day (Monday). Although this wasn't what was agreed at least the payment was taken and sorted.
They then ran another debit order on Wednesday night which pushed my account into arrears, I have since been charged R138 for mag-tape unpaid.
I expect a refund from Wesbank at the very least.
