I ordered a smart device online, it was delivered on the 9th of June. The sim card was never activated until I called your activations department. When calling them I specifically mentioned that I want to use my existing cell c number on my new device. My sim was activated on the 20th of June but my request to use my existing number was never actioned. Fnb says I must go to a cell c shop to get my existing number activated on the new device. I went to cell c but cell c says I must call fnb to activate my existing number on the new device. I have been calling these 2 companies but am not getting anywhere. What am I supposed to do now, cause I need to usemy existing number. I have spoken to a lot of people at fnb without getting help -Daniel Joa Paulo, Nicole, Jun aid and a rude lady that didn't even give her name but all of this was is vain, am still sitting with the same problem.
