Bad, Bad SERVICE

Complaint / review text:
On the 20th of September 2014 at approximately 13H10 my son and I were seated at a table in Maxis. The waiter Michael came and took our order for coffee. We waited for a very long time and then the waiter made his appearance with the coffee on which he replied they forgot about us, that was about 15 minutes later. We placed our food order with him which was two steak wraps. We finished our mega maxi coffees and still no food. The waiter came by and still no food and we ordered another two maxi coffees. By that time it was already 13h50 because I looked on my watch and told my son lets time him. After six minutes he pitched with the coffee and the wraps we ordered. I took a bite of a chip and it was ice cold, felt the wrap which was cold as well. By this time i was furious, waiting 45 minutes and then we got cold food. I got up not willing to wait any longer or have cold food. I paid for the coffee we had and the manager Anthony approached us with a attitude and told me he is not in the mood to argue with me or me spoiling his good mood. I told him the service is rotten and that he will not see me again on which he replied it is fine. I would fire this manager on the spot
