Complaint / review text:
On 15 September 2014 (me and my family) we went to Maxi's at 10:00 for a quick breakfast. It being a Monday morning, we needed a kick start to the week.
When our coffee's and Latte's came the milk was sour. I went and complaint, they replaced the coffee's and latte's, and for the waiter to tell us: O when it did not foam they should have known the milk was sour.
40 minutes after we placed our order, nothing as yet. We could see the food standing in the kitchen window, for the last 15 minutes. 10 minutes later the food came, ice cold and rubber (omelet).
We send the food back, no manager/waiter came to apologies and as a result we left at 11:00, with only half our party being fed.
1. They need to be prepared on a Monday morning before they open
2. Managers should be more active, but instead they just stand around
3. Have enough waiters for the tables since we weren't the only ones waiting for service/food that morning.
We have been to that Maxi's numerous times, but unfortunately never again. The Cappacino's will get our support from now on!
