Same thing happened to me when i signed up for the program, not 1$ was taken out, rather $159 dollars. I joined Saturday which meant i couldn't call customer service about this problem. I did review their website when you first enter in your information, and the fine print at the bottom does mention a charge of $159 and a 3 day period for that charge. I called on Monday and asked one of the customer service "specialists" about the charge and the 3 day period, and he told me no, its not 3 days its 14 days. It also says 14 days on the support page on the Home Traffic Income website for a full refund. Calling this past Monday 11/11 to cancel and get my refund, they tell me its past the three day period. Someone gave me wrong information, or they are scamming by telling people 14 days when its really 3 days, and putting the same thing on their site. This is completely wrong, and now they just simply cant seem to help me. I would have canceled on the first Monday i called if the customer service "specialist" would have said yes its a 3 day period to get your money. I need my refund back, i need to find someone in a higher position i can talk to about this problem that will actually be of help!!!
