Complaint / review text:
I have rented from this location several times in the past when my vehicle was in the shop for repairs. However this time was different.
My son is disabled and Enterprise
Has a policy that they will rent to a disabled person, and not charge for the other driver. So we contacted to make a reservation, the rental agent Ben stated when needed to provide a copy of the disability award letter, bank statement and insurance.in order to use my son's debit card for the rental, as well as a 200 deposit hold. We were prepared to do that.
When contacting the office for a pick up, all that had changed. Now 2 utility bills were needed, as well as the aforementioned documents. The situation was explained that he resides with me and there are no utility bills in his name. The manager Eric stated that was the policy period, and unfortunately they would not allow the rental.
I will not use Enterprise in the future. And as a Manager of a national hotel chain, I can assure you I will see that any enterprise referrals, merchandising will be removed from our properties. And I will forward my concerns to the ADA.
