Complaint / review text:
I had a package that had 11 costumes worth $4,400 from Egypt delivered to my customers. It was a 78 pound box. Never arrived. After months of circles and proof of all payment Fedex gave my clients $998 and said bye. Now my customers have no costumes for their performances and lost $3,500. I don't understand how this is even possible! It was not a small package. I'm disturbed by how the whole situation was handled.
