Complaint / review text:
I ordered a set of headlights for my BMW, but ended up cancelling the order the next day and asked the company via phone to refund my money. They put me on hold twice for 10 minutes.
After waiting for a long time, I talked to one of the executives in the customer care department. He processed my request and gave me a confirmation number. He also told me that they will refund my money in a few days. I was thinking I would get the money within 4-5 days, but instead it took ten days to get my money back into my account.
I was afraid that I have lost my money.
Fortunately I got it all back! I would have had a much better impression of them if only they could reduce their long waiting time.
