I have been leasing from Ryder for more than 5 years and the same problems continue. They rarely have the sub vehicle that your entitled to per your lease agreement, the repairs can take more than a month, comunication is very poor at best, and customer service is not very good at all.
I have tried talking to service managers, sales reps., and branch manager and all you get is the same false promises that they will correct these issues.
The truth is the only time that the service is good is at the end of your lease agreement, and that is only because they want to get you to sign another 5 or 6 year lease. I will not be foolish enough to do that again.
