Has anyone taken the time to really notice that the percentage of ranger employees that remain with the company? It's a pretty good precentage.
It's the employees that get reprimanded for their bad performance that trash this company. They are usually abusers of the system that cannot be happy anywhere they go. Everyone owes them something, they are not accountable for anything they do. They just cannot understand that they have a responsiblity to be a reliable employee.
I know employees that have been with ranger land for many many years and plan on staying.
So what does that say? You got it.
