Malone tells there drivers that they can make money with the company as long as the driver stays out at least two weeks at a time. My husband was out for two weeks and for the last two weeks has been in the hole come payday.
Not only is he not making the money they said he would but in order to get a service done on the truck you HAVE to take the truck to one of their terminals, when you do, you are down for at least two days and then all of your issues are not fixed. When they are taken money out of your check for maintenance then you should be able to take the truck where you want to for service. Once you go to a terminal for serivce you either wait for days for a load that is anywhere near you OR you have to bounce over 100 miles to get a load. All while YOU are paying for the fuel. Agents have their favorite drivers and will give the best paying loads to them because they are dedicated trucks and the money comes back to the company, how fair is that???
It should be who ever is empty and calls in first should get the loads as they come. We understand that the company has to make money BUT why leave the driver with NO money 2 weeks in a row???
MALONE NEEDS TO HAVE COMPASSION FOR THE DRIVERS AS WELL AS THE COMPANY!!! Another example of the greed this company has: loads were taken away from agents and put into a logistics for CRST MALONE... Logistics takes a percentage then MALONE takes a percentage and then the driver gets 75% of whats left NOT the actual gross of the load.
