Charges are outrageous — far more than other similar operators in the UK and US. I reckon I paid at least 10 times what I should have paid.
In addition they charged me for "my delay" in picking up my goods, even though (i) they never returned my phone calls, or those of my business associate, (ii) the various people we were supposed to contact were never available when we called (and we called many times), and (iii) they reply to emails extremely slowly. What a ripoff.
This must be the worst freight forwarder I have ever used. Avoid them like the plague.
