Complaint / review text:
We purchased a Samsung Washer Dryer set from Sears and purchased an extended warranty on both. The Washer has work great. The Dryer, First, the dryer would not run at all. We waited three weeks for a service man to come and replace the drive belt. Second Now even a day after the belt was replaced the dryer started making a loud grinding noise. Waited another three weeks (again with no dryer) for service. The motor was replace. Now we are on number three. The dryer will not run. Now we will have the wait another three weeks.
Is it the brand which we paid a premium for or is it the service people not knowing how to repair.
Repairs should only have to be done ONCE.
Is there a Lemon Law on Dryers?
