I have bought a washing machine Samsung (Sam W-Machine Front Loading) 12K - WF1124XAU/YAS - Etronics. Serial number Y3VL53AF600052 - Product Code 24-06-1019 from Nozha Branch - Heliopolis - Cairo - Egypt, on 6 December 2014 - Invoice number 2952.

The following following problems appeared:

1) The store mentioned it will be delivered for free on time. The delivery man should arrive between 1 and 3 PM, he arrived at 9 PM. He asked for money as he is not from Samsung Company and he works for Zanussi Egypt. He took 70.00 EGP.

2) I contacted the call center 16580 same day they fixed a date on Friday morning the 12th of December as they do not offer service during evening hours. He came after 6 days of purchasing date. The technician arrived and didn't offer any service as he is not specialized in this model and left. Promising another technician will come. For more than 2 days waiting, and no one came, i fixed a new date.

3) Two new technicians arrived on Monday 15 December 2014 named Nabil and Bishoy Tel number 0122 3960129

A. They adjusted the language on French and it can't be change.

B. The motor speed is up to 1400 for cycle spin. They asked me to not adjust it above 400 as it will spoil the washing machine.

C. The leveling feet are fixed and can't be adjusted. So the washing machine is unstable.

D. They broke the holder holding the water hose and the drain hose on the back of the machine.

E. They strained the drain hose which abuse it.

F. They asked me to use only powder soap as gel soap will abuse washing machine.

Conclusion:
I have now an unstable washing machine, with a broken part, an abused drain hose, which can not be used on 1400 speed for cycle spin, where i can only use powder soap, and with a French language that i can't understand. And i was charged for all of that with 50.00 EGP.

Dear Sir, kindly i still have three days as agreed with the sales office to return it back and refund my money.

Actually the delivery persons, technicians, and call center are unprofessional.

Kindly return back the washing machine and refund me back my money.
