Eddie Bauer has canceled my order, two times. Now it looks like it might be three times.
It had been a week and hadn't received any shipping information. Contacted customer service. They said my order was canceled. How come I wasn't notified as to my order being canceled and a reason why. They didn't even give me a reason when I contacted them. That I had to resubmit my order. The EB credit card used for this order now showed that I only had a $14 available balance. I contacted Eddie Bauer credit card customer service, they said that I had to wait until the system updated my account. That I needed to contact Eddie Bauer Store customer service. It was about another week before my EB credit card balance showed that my balance was corrected.
Now that my EB credit card balance was available, I could resubmit my previous order.
Few of the items from previous order were no longer available or no longer available at sale prices or....
I had to go "shopping" again. Placed a new order. A week later, no shipping information. It looks like my order was canceled again. My EB credit card was showing that I only had a $4 available balance this time. I contacted Eddie Bauer credit card customer service. Same story as before, I had to wait until the system updated my account. It was about another week before my EB credit card balance showed that my balance was corrected.
A few days ago, I placed another order. Still have not received shipping notification. It looks like it is happening again.
