Complaint / review text:
I spent $80 on Tahari t-shirts and the fabric didn't hold up. I expect my t-shirts to last several years.
In that I was aware of the return policy, my complaint was that the product is of poor quality and did not hold up over time.in that I didn't expect to get my money back, I wanted to complain because I feel as though the quality of the t-shirts was extraordinarily poor. The company needs to know that the quality is bad so they don't buy from that buyer again. Daaa.
I was belittled by the manager, who explained that I somehow caused the fabric to ball up. She put me through the ringer, and when I finally had enough of her abusive attitude, and snapped back at her, she pointed the finger at me for being rude.
What a piece of work. Poor quality, not same as department stores!
