Complaint / review text:
In January we were told we could purchase some dresses for $375 which included shipping, no additional fees and the money must be sent via western union to JIAN HONGLIU (email@example.com) and then after the money was picked up they said the order was too small and needed to be increased by $300 for additional dresses, so we again sent money to JIAN HONGLIU (firstname.lastname@example.org). After the money was picked up, they for the third time said the order had to be increased again. At that point we knew this was a problem, because we were told twice we could get items if we sent the money, and then they wouldn’t send the items. So we said we wanted our money back, because we didn’t want to increase the order again. We have emails of all these events. We were told they could refund our money via pay pal but they insisted their company policy was that we would have to wait 90 days. The 90 days came up this week, April 14. I continued to email them copies of the money transferred with a reminder that they were to send the money on April 14th via pay pal, noted below. We then received an email stating
Sorry for the delay in payment. Please we won't be able to make the payment by Western Union or Pay pal.
Please we want to make payment to some company in USA also we would like if we can do this through bank transfer and you shall helpp us transfer the money to the company account.
The total amount of the money is One hundred and fifty dollars only.
If you can help us with this, we shall give you two thousand dollars out of the payment.”
We just want our money back as promised.
