My account has been debit for R99 for the last six by Stratcol on behalf of ARFICO and I have made an instruction to bank to rverse the last two debit orders against my account and also stop them in future to debit my account. The bank provided me with the contact details of STRATCOL and I have contacted them to find out why I they debit my account without my consent and I was told they are acting on behalf of their client Africo and I was given this number to contact AFRICO which is impossable because the phone keeps ring but no answer and STRATCOL can't provide me with other alternative number for AFRICO. Stratcol was to refund my money for the last six months they have been debiting my account without my consent. These is they need to give me the proof where I signed or the record voice where I gave permission or else I will take this matter SAPS and open up a case against STRATCOL.
