On sunday 21 December 2014, I bought a Openview HD STB/Decoder from Game. When I got home I immediately set up the device to my TV, I unplugged my DSTV STB and plugged in the OVHD. It took me hours trying to figure out why its not getting any channels, I called the call centre and was transferred to the support technicians, they told to go to the Advanced set up and call back when I'm on the advanced setup screen, I called back and there was no answer. I went on the OVHD website and found the configurations of the advanced setup. I did all that and It just says, Installing new software... And nothing happens and it says waiting for signal. I tried it multiple times and still nothing. I tried it monday morning 21/12/14 and nothing, I went to work and called the call centre again and asked them to call me back at 4:30pm because I will be home and I don't have airtime to call because I spent all calling the call centre. They said they will call me at 4:30pm as I requested for them to help me set it up. I got home and waited for their call and nothing, I called and there was no answer. Still now I can't watch it. I'm now thinking of returning it back to the store because its useless.
