Flycell
In May 2006 my niece without my permission or knowledge...

In May 2006 my niece without my permission or knowledge entered my cellphone number in flycell for free ring tones. During this time flycell had begin to continuously text message me on my cell phone, however I have never responded because I didn't know that I would be charged for something I don't download to my phone. Later that month on my sprint bill I was charged $18 additional dollars. I contacted sprint and they gave me flycell phone number (refers you to text them) and website and told me to text stop. I followed the instructions and they continued to bill me. At that point I had all premium services with text services discontinued from my phone so that I would not have that problem. I did not have any problems until September 06. Where I was charged $9.99 for ringtones again. I contacted Sprint various reps and supervisors again and they told me they could not give me a refund because it was considered a premium service charged by a 3rd party. I indicated to Sprint that we had gone through this in May when I personally had everything removed from my phone so that I would not have this problem. I do not have the capabilities of receiving text msg or sending text msg. This information should have been documented. The only way the ringtones can be established on my phone is by text messages
