Smasung company has not been able to repair my Plasma T. V

Below is the details of my complain. Please look into it & arrange/replace a T. V immediatedly.

Mr. Rajiv Gunju,

My Plasma TV panel was cracked on 04/02/2010 & I lodged a complain on 06/02/2012 & till today the panel has not been replaced. Please look into the matter for early solution. My complain no. 8423132030.
