I was paying Skype for foreign phone communications. My auto recharge on my Skype setting account was turned off. I noticed that my PayPal account was debited by Skype. I started a dispute. Thanks to PayPal, I could get the refund of the last withdraw made by Skype, but Skype blocked my account with the credit left. I have spent hours with their online chat for nothing. It's like communicating with a robot. They always write the same question no matter what my answer is. I can't unblock my account, I can't delete it and they will never refund me the credit left. I just can't believe there is no action possible to protect us from that company. I don't want to give up. Is there a way to file a complaint and get my money back? Thank you.
