I opened Skype account and put money in the account last year (2012) thinking that it cost money to Skype but I learn it does not cost money to Skype, so I now have no use for money I put in the account and want a refund. I logged into Skype but could not find "contact us" button as in my case, it's been more than 15 days since I purchased or put money into Skype account. After doing research online, I found that a lot of people are facing the same problem as I am. It seems very fishy to me that an online company as well known as Skype, does not make it easy for consumers to get a refund on their own money in their own account for whatever reasons the consumers may have.
