Complaint / review text:
I bought the Samsung note 4 last year November, but now the charger has stopped working (I have tested the charger on a friends note 4 work and it also doesn't work, but his charger works on mine) I have tried to take back the charger to Vodacom but they want to send the cellphone away with the charger for repairs.
I don't want to send the cellphone away as there is nothing wrong with the phone, but I have been to 7 cellphone stores and I can't find a fast charger for my note 4 anywhere, the one shop even told me that I must buy a new note 4.
So Please tell me if they make separate charges to buy for the note 4 or do you have to buy a new phone to get a new charger.
I have called Samsung customer care and they couldn't help me they told me I must go the Johannesburg or Pretoria and search for a charger there.
