As of this review writing, I've had to restart my elderly father's PC and restart Norton 360 installation. It locked up the PC and failed to respond the first try. I'm on the second try and it's "failing to respond" and I've opted to wait for the program to continue (unlock itself) which it did. The issue I'm having is no progress bar to show where the program is in its installation execution; is it really installing or is it hung up again? It was a Win7 O/S but my elderly father decided to touch buttons and saw "free" without reading about what Win10 does to his particular PC that I've customized per his needs. I have no idea how long this installation will take and the tech support at Norton is outsourced and difficult to understand; only helpdesk techs not support specialists (reading scripts only). Glad I don't have this software on my Windows PC.
