Approximately 3 years ago, we contacted MyCleanPC.com for help with a slow computer. After some time on the phone talking with someone who has a very thick (foreign) accent, the agent told me it would cost over $500 to repair my computer. I told them at that time I would go elsewhere. He continued to try to convince me they were the only way to go. I continually told him I was not interested. Finally, I told him I didn't like his sale tactics because he was doing nothing more than pressuring me. I ended the call and all was well, up until 2013.
For the past six months or so, someone from an unknown phone number keeps calling me. If I don't answer, they won't leave a message. I have answered twice and both times, it was an agent (again with a very thick foreign accent) who claimed someone was trying to hack into my computer and he was from CyberDefender. I have told them on these two occasions that I do not want their product and not call me back. They continue to call me at least once a week, sometimes more. Any advice on how to stop these calls once and for all?
