My name is Tina Thompson and this the 2nd complaint. I have had the worse dental experience at Aspen DENTAL. I have shared my expeience with others. I started my dental services in Carrollton GA.
And after the dentist i was using left and the other dentist took his place wasnt professional and messed my front tooth up and they messed up my dentures on top i was transfered to DALLAS Ga. Which is about 40-45 min from my house because thats where the dentist that started my dental work transfered to. I GO IN and he sees what dentist done from carrolton on my front tooth and mess on my denture. He had to grind my front tooth and he had to make it shorter on one side and very crooked. He said he would have to fix it and he would have to surgical remove bone fragments. I had to miss few apts due to health issues and I GO BACK and the DENTIST is NO LONGER THERE he was transfered to CARTERSVILE Ga. I am not happy cause the dentist now dont have a clue what he was going to do and she got to try and figure out whatthe other two started. I went on monday 1/12/15 and had me come back in today 1/14/15. She saids she not going to remove bone fragments causeshe thinks she can make dentures work and she will try and fix my front tooth but probably wont hold and i will probably have to put acap or crown which I WILL NOT PAY OUT OF MY POCKET IF I HAVETO DO SO!
Today I go back apt time 5:00 I SIT IN THERE OVER HOUR when they call me to desk and tell me oh their so sorry they were not ready. AGAIN I own a hair salon had to leave work at 3:30 turned down clients so I LOST MONEY drive 40 min for them to leave me sitting and then tell they were not ready. I would appreciate somone to call me cause im very upset and not happy with my dental care with aspen dental.
