April 2014 drove over 10 hrs thinking I was going to have all my teeth pulled and dentures made. The dentist who examined me was as mean and rude as a person can be and refused to pull my teeth, only one tooth that was bad.
So I was fitted for an upper and lower partial and sent back to hotel room until the afternoon when everyone comes back to be fitted for their dentures and/or partials. You are hurried up and they slam them in your mouth and send you packing. The technician that gave me mine knew that the bottom partial was not fitting properly and made note of that and told me that I had 1 year from date of service to come back and have them remade. The top partial was absolutely unacceptable with a tooth sticking way out in the front but I was told basically... Too bad.
So last week on 4/8/15 I phoned to Sexton Dental and spoke with their customer service dept and was told again that yes I could come back to have them remade for FREE within the 1 year time period. So today I drove another 10 hours back down and got there at 6am, stood in line and got to inside only to be turned away saying your refitting is for only 3 months, not a year like I was told TWICE. So I spoke with the person who told me on the phone that yes it was covered and she denied ever telling me that, so I asked them to listen to the recorded phone conversation and when they did... Oh of course, they could only hear part of the conversation, right!!
This is such a mickey mouse operation and a huge disappointment and their entire staff is just RUDE. Of course if I would like they could offer me a 20% discount today on another new set of partials... DON'T THINK SO! I would not recommend this place or their services to my worst enemy.
