We were given the 800 phone number to Walmart Specialty Pharmacy by the Pharmacist at Supercenter in Walmart in Branson, MO, because the local Walmart did not have the drug Tikosyn. When we contacted the Specialty Pharmacy, they told us to go back to Walmart Supercenter in Branson and have them enter information in their computer so Specialty Pharmacy that Walmart owns, they can fill this prescription. My question is why hasn't the manager over Walmart pharmacies trained their employees how to do this? The customer shouldn't be the one that has to inform their pharmacist the proper procedures to follow. Walmart is starting to fall apart from within. Too bad Mr. Walton is not here to straighten their customer service out.
