Complaint / review text:
During September / October 2016 I received 2 accounts, and a phone call from Ms. Sarieta of Lancet laboratories stating I owed R1145.60 and I stated the account received was for R1718.50 which I had paid. I was promised that I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days. I sent a email confirming what I had been told as requested that the refund be paid into my bank account. I furnished them with me bank account details. To date I have not received a refund, bar to be told that the refund was paid into an account - not being my account. Numerous emails phone calls followed where Lancet Laboratories have claimed to investigate the matter The I received the following email

I apologise for the delay in resolving your query, the refunds department is busy dealing with the account and the refund.
As soon as I have the feedback from them I will revert back to you.
To date I have not received any further communication from Mr. Koen, notwithstanding that I have requested the address of the Managing Director of Lancet laboratories and informing Mr. Koen of possible action I am contemplating to compell Lancet Laboratories to refund me the R573.00
