Just want to warn as many people as possible not to do business with this company! I got one order of the Tea, and was (to date) charged approx.
$250.00... After waiting on the phone for over 25 minutes, I went back to the WuYi website and used the livechat line. They did refund me $90.00 for the 3 billings that had been charged for tea that was never delivered, but they said they couldn't do anything about the living lean charges. They stated that it was part of the agreement I had entered into when I did the "free" trial of the tea.
I have been charged 140.00 (19.99 per month...) and I haven't been able to reach the people supposedly in charge of canceling my account. This is idiotic!
