Complaint / review text:
I ordered a trial size bottle, received the order, and was charged $44.85, that was 10/06/08, I immediately emailed the company and received a RMA told them I never ordered all that stuff, of course they said I did. But I checked the order to make sure it was only $4.95 before I confirmed the order. I told them to cancel the order, credit my account for the returned order, but on 10/29/08, another $39.95 was taken from my account, I immediately emailed them again, was told the same as the others it was the second payment.
I left them a voice message also to cancel the orders. I also sent a letter on the copy of the invoice with the returned items that I wanted in no uncertain terms this cancelled. Well I came home from work yesterday to find another order from them, as if I were a new customer charging me $44.90 for a bottle of the Acai Pure that I no way ordered, it was also a different order number, so far I have a total of $129.70 taken out of my account for an order I cancelled and sent back, another order I just received, that I didn't order.
I guess I too will have cancel my debit card. I emailed them today starting from day 1 ending with yesterday and finding another order in my mailbox, I told them that what they are doing is theft, and this nightmare better end. But they don't always respond to emails and you cannot get through on the phone. PLEASE HELP!!! I also told them that I cannot afford this kind of activity on my account, I don't know what else to do. Thank you.
