After subsequently canceling my account, they re-billed me! Their "help" page does NOT work. It took me six attempts to cancel and finally it did with a confirmation on the web site. Then I submit a problem (web page etc.), their system does NOT take it. Emails you saying please call back M-F 8 AM - 5 PM CT. I called – Match.com has no record of the cancellation and will not give a refund. Why did it give me a confirmation then? What a scam!!!
