I was charged by auto renewal for web hosting service that I signed up for five years ago. I was not aware about the auto renewal. They charged me for the next five years. On the day of the charge, I immediately went on to cancel the service. Even though I have cancelled the service, WebHostingPad.com will not issue a refund because it is in their billing policy. I was not aware of that, five years ago. So basically, this hosting provider took money from me for five years of service, that they will not be providing. Is there anything I can do?
