My husband ordered a product from Bidorbuy in December. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for me. After not receiving the product from the seller (Cuddsies), my husband and I sent numerous emails to Bidorbuy, trying to find out when we would get our order. I also contacted the seller directly, Andre from Cuddsies. He kept telling me that he was waiting for the stock to arrive, and that he would get back to me.
Eventually we registered a claim to investigate the matter. They said it could take up to 30 days for the claim to be resolved. It's been over 30 days, and all we are told is that they have found the sellers contact details and will get hold of the seller.
I have requested that a manager/supervisor contact me. I was ignored. The service from the Bidorbuy claims department is non existent. I am angry, frustrated and disappointed. Buying online should not be an unpleasant experience.
