Report drive dynamics and their instructors to dvsa
I Paid for an intensive driving course for my son paid in advance drive dynamics booked test for 02 sept 2014. My son had only had 3 lessons by this date i had to cancel his driving test. This company very dynamic at taking your money, but not so dynamic at providing the service you paid for. I am currently taking them to court to get my money back.
If you cannot afford to take this company to court can i suggest everyone to e-mail a complaint to padi@dsa. Gsi. Gov. Uk or adireg@dsa. Gsi. Gov. Uk
I do not believe this company should be allowed to trade, and drivers not abiding with dvsa voluntary code of practice should be suspended.
I believe code of practice for a driving instructor should be compulsory not voluntary.
With enough e-mails sent to above emails will hopefully prompt dvsa to do something about this company and their instructors.
Have started court action against drive-dynamics/kankan 30/01/2015 will let you all know how I get on, I am expecting it to go to county court this way I hope it will expose this company and their instructors for what they are doing by taking peoples money without providing the service they paid for.
