In the beginning of the month me and my fiancee was in financial need because of an emergency that occurred. Because he's working, he asked me to apply at various loan companies online. I came upon Qwiek loans and filled in the online application form with my fiancee's details, but before accepting the terms and conditions and submitting the loan application, I read further and saw that they charge a once off fee of R366 for application and that this application bind you to a R89 per month legal assistance, so I decided to delete my fiancee's details and closed the internet browser (I NEVER pushed the accept submit buttons on their site!). We never heard a word from them until yesterday when they sent a sms saying that they will deduct R366 via debit order on the 25th from my fiancee's bank account. I tried to contact the no. The sms came from: 0872405409, but it says the no. Is incorrect. This is, because the application was never submitted, how can they do such thing and how can I stop them to? And we don't want that monthly R89 legal assistance service as well. Thank you.
