Complaint / review text:
I sent my complaint to the HPCSA in April and received a letter in May from a Legal Services Officer (MR D Kokong) who acknowledged receipt of my complaint. I had gotten no reply after this!? I sent a mail in July and still no feedback. I have again sent another email requesting for feedback!
This is horrible service at its best, that we have to beg for feedback!
Can someone, please, just give me feedback as to where this process is. Ive Paid a Load of money to this Doctor who has not done his job! We all pay a bucket of money for doctors and dentists, should the doctor go wrong, where else are we supposed to report it?
Someone, please phone me! Or ATLEAST give some sort of feedback!
