Complaint / review text:
They have the freeking inability to understand "Test", and the inability to Test a broken phone (Cracked screen and accelerometer can not detect phone orientation anymore). Me myself, I can fix it but my daughter does not live close to me.
Them: "We can test the phone but we will not exchange the broken phone"
I said: "Can you Test the phone?"
Response: "Can I text on the phone?"
Me: "No Test. Test as in Spelling Test"
Response: "No I can not text on the phone"
Me: "No Test. As In Spelling Text, Scranton test, Final Test, School Test"
Response: "Yes we can test the phone but you will have to replace the phone screen"
They did not replace the phone. WTF is this. They should replace the phone and they should not need to need the screen fixed. Also the was the manager of the phone department knew less then me [programmer/tech geek dude]
