I bought a fone from FONECHOICE last year. Now the fone is not charging, which i decided to take it back for repairs and it was collected from me on the 15th of September and yet the phone is still not delivered to me.
I have to phone fonechoice and find out on the status of my phone. I spoke to almost four consultants at the call center and they told me the phone was dispatched on the 13/10/2014 from the warehouse in cape town yet they did not provide me with the delivery number. Now RTT couriers is looking for the delivery number to assist but at fonechoice is telling me they won't be any since it's from repairs.
How do i know that fonechoice is covering for themselves and the phone was never sent to RTT courires? Now i'm phoning for the delivery number at fonechoice and no assistance but put on hold. RTT was helpful and they told me fonechoice must give me reference definitely for them to check.
I Sent an email to the supervisor (Fonechoice) Laylaa Lakay and no reply from her.
It was not even a major issue to fix as it was not charging yet fonechoice take their time and i must run after them for my own phone. This is really bad, Im not happy at all.
