Complaint / review text:
I have logged a complaint on the 9th of September 2014, regarding a medical practitioner that failed to advise my brother about the treatment he was going to use and that his medical aid will not cover but that he would need to pay out of his pocket.
Since the 9th September that i logged the complaint with HPCSA, no one has come back to me with feedback I have to call them for feedback and they send me from one person to the next and give me silly response like or the famous one is "Good Morning, We acknowledge receipt of your complaint dated 27/10/2014.
Please be informed that investigation of a complaint is a lengthy process, Our Legal Records Officials will send you a letter of acknowledgement as soon as they open a file, which includes details of a Legal Officer who is..."
