Complaint / review text:
I put on a complaint on the 04/11/14 on Hello Peter.
Got a call from a Renault SA representative.
He took all my details and said he would need to contact the branch I took my vehicle in for repair to and get back to me. Its now 2 days and haven't heard from him
Renault at dealership level as well as Renault SA gives pathetic service.
I have given Renault the chance to rectify their mistakes however they not bothered so now my next step is the Ombudsman and my attorney.
Advice to people who want to buy a renault. Dont
