I took my phone again to fonechoice for repairs on the 16.09.2014, to date I don't have my phone and apparently is still in repairs (I pay insurance on the phone every month without fail). From then (16.07.2014) my insurance claim was only processed on the 30.10.2014. I called on the same day that my claim was approved to find out how long will it take to fix my phone since insurance was approved and to approve how the excess will be paid. When I expressed my disappointment with how long their taking to attend to queries and what I had to do for my last query to be solved, the consultant said "it is okay I can go the same route I went the last time", which was hellopeter. Today I spoke to Lunga and he said the same thing as the last consultant, it is okay I can lodge a complaint with hello peter. I am highly disappointed the the service and the time it takes for fonechice to attend to the customer queries.
