Complaint / review text:
I enrolled in Great Fun membership over a year ago. After the trial period ended, I discontinued my membership (I reviewed the fine print very carefully to make sure I could do this without getting charged). I have since continued to receive Great Fun $10 checks. I have called customer service on 3 separate occasions over a 4-6 month period to ask them to please take me off their list and stop sending me these checks. I just received another one this week. The last time I called, I told the person that I spoke to that I would be making a complaint to BBB and/other consumer protection company (ies) if they did not stop sending these checks. So I am complaining to your group as well as the BBB.
Mostly it has been frustration. These checks are a waste of paper and I do all I can to stay off any lists that require me to get useless promotional mailings.
