I am a dog breeder whom regularly buys microchips from IDENTIPET (011-9573455/6). Identipet has a policy of where they do not send out any chips without proof of payment and all sales are eft NO ACCOUNTS.
I have been getting emails from IDENTIPET saying i have an account of R419.12 and is outstanding for 120, when i call IDENTIPET to find out how this is possible and i am told its because THEY cant find the proof of payment and now my account has been locked.
The lady confirms that they NEVER send out a package without proof of payment first... My question is how the can i be held responsible for them losing the proof of payment...
This is disgusting service considering i have been doing business with Identipet for more than 5 years now.
If i am blacklisted or my credit ratings are affected because of this i will be taking legal action..!!!
