Renault SA is not the way to go to get good service, you pay hundreds of thousands of Rand for a brand you new vehicle on the market RENAULT DUSTER', to have the bad service and the NOT willing to sort out your problematic Vehicle. Shocking. My car is 5 months old and been more in the service department then on the road. The inside of the vehicle has major flaws which, which they will NOT take responsibility for. I have emailed renault sa monday the 24th nov and yet to get a call or a email back nothing. I want the country to know what they are up for if they choose RENAULT. I am still with major issues with my vehicle and they are trying to brush off, this will now go to the OMBUDSMAN, CARTE BLANCHE AND EWN NEWS.
