I am beyond angry with fonechoice, my cellphone was last week friday i called them to let them know and they refuse to give me an itc number in order to open a case. After the whole day of speaking to most of the call centre agents they told me i can just send in the forms and affidavit without the case number now i call the call center to find out about my claim since no one cares to let me know they keep me on hold then hang up my line
if i do not get a new fone from them they might as well blacklist me beacause am not gonna pay for a fone that was stolem from me, it is not my fault that i lost the fone yet they treat me like it is.
Poor service i tell you.
