Complaint / review text:
I decide to order my Mom a Coach purse and wallet for Christmas this year and decided to order it online, which apparently was a terrible idea. I place the order on December the 15th figuring that that is plenty of time for it to get here before Christmas. I have received one email in regards to my order with very little information. I have since tried to contact the company three different times through email, since the phone number provided is out of country. I am least to say upset that I am out not only the 92.13, but that it is Christmas Eve and am having to load my sick 2 year old up to head to town to find my Mom a last minute Christmas present. I wish I had known that this was a problem with buying Coach online in the first place. I have never had a problem buying a single thing online before and that is saying a lot since I am an avid online shopper. This just sucks!
