Complaint / review text:
When I cannot get my email, I cannot work my business. I've had 2 weeks of downtime from not receiving my emails this time. A month prior, it was 2 weeks again. Then, I all of a sudden received 9000, yes I said 9k, emails when the problem was fixed.
One of the problems is that my Internet server, Verizon, decided it isn't their problem, yet they are the ones who fixed it the last time because their DNS was out of whack.
I use Microsoft Outlook from Office 2007 to receive my emails to and from Verizon.net and Gmail.com.
Gmail told me someone tried to hack into my email accounts - unlikely story - but I played the game three times by changing my password to the point I didn't remember what my password was at the end.
Then my new S5 and NotePro were not receiving emails from gmail because the automatic sign-in was faulty because of the password changes. I finally figured out how to tell Android my new password for gmail.
Then, I found that NotePro was not sending my emails out, and I was not receiving my gmail into Microsoft Outlook.
I keep receiving a message stating, "Enter Network Password" for pop. Gmail.com server. I have entered and re-entered the same password over and over and over again, and still receive the same damn message for 2 freaking weeks. I downloaded gmail instructions for the server information on Microsoft Outlook, and made sure the incoming and outgoing SSL ports were correctly set, but it made no difference.
Even though I can sign directly into gmail from my laptop, S5 and NotePro, the Microsoft Outlook will not receive my email, but most times it does send.
I absolutely cannot change my gmail password any more!!! I need Android, Gmail and Verizon as well as Microsoft Outlook to get your heads together and straighten my account out before I lose any more business and before any more irate customers hound me more than I've been hounded because of my delays in getting my Internet work completed.
The next step is a lawsuit onto all of you for losing me business.
